   YRM-15, YRM-30, which assembled abrasive roller and steel wire roller in the center of milling chamber. Both of them rub with rotary inner frame each other. But abrasive roller and steel wire roller rotary with high speed, inner frame and rubber plates rotary with low speed. Rubber plates locked on the inner frame in order to stop the brown cereal flow and to get a uniform whitening and luster. If the rubber plates worn out, you can adjust it from 1 mm to 60 mm.
2. UNIQUE JET AIR SYSTEM
   Jet air is brown from the fan to the milling chamber, functioning not only to prevent the temperature of the cereal grains from rising but also to remove bran sticking to the whitened cereal.
3. EASY OPERATION
   This machine is a masterpiece. It is very different from other countries made. Operation is very easy, requiring no previous training.
4. SUPERIOR ABRASIVE ROLLER
   Unlike conventional methods of production, the abrasive rollers are manufactured with strict forming and heat treatment, giving them extra-high durability and sharpness. 1. Uniform Whitening
   The bran layer on the grain surface is uniformly removed by friction generated among the grains, guarantees uniformly whitened rice with a smooth and lustrous surface.
2. Cooling, and Faultess Bran Removing by Jet Air
   As in the case of abrasive-type machine, the friction-type rice whitening machine also features a jet air system that prevents temperature rise, and bran sticking to the grains is completely blown off and removed.
3. Operation Needs No Training
   Operation is carried out simply by consulting the instruments. Smooth and easy operation guarantees rice of desired whiteness with maximum milling yield.

CONSTRUCTION:

1. Brown rice is whitened by friction among the rice grains generated as they pass through the clearance between the screen and the milling roller.
2. The bran layer of the brown rice is removed by the action of grains rubbing together.
3. Jet air is blown from the fan, passing through the hollow part of the main shaft and is flowed into the milling chamber. It functions to cool the rice grains and to blow off free bran from the whitened rice. It also minimize localized acute pressure thus enabling to avoid excessive breakage of grain.
4. The degree of whiteness of the finished rice can be easily adjusted using the weight(s) as in the case of the abrasive-type rice whitening machine.

1. Constant air injection into the polishing chamber during the whole polishing process guarantees the total elimination of bran and maintains the rice down at low temperature avoiding possible breakabe.
2. The main shaft is suported with three bearings, so the machine will operate more stable which decreases breakage of the polished rice and increase milling yield.
3. High yield of pure, whole polished rice is assured because the rice meets the polisher surface without any pressure applied, so breakage is negligible.
4. The polishing degree is adjustable as required by adding or retracting the resisting weight on the outlet plate by means of the balance weights.
5. Durability of parts subject to wearing is extremely high. The milling chamber screen has been heat treated and the roll is made of exceptionally hardened steel.
6. The inner frame rotates during operation so that it will not be blocked by wet bran.
